Two acres of the property are a cleared field where your family can chase fireflys in the summer, with plenty of room to play softball, badminton or simply throw a football or frisbee around. There are eagles nesting 300 feet from the property and you will regularly see osprey, herons, egrets, and the special treat of seeing manatees play and feed on the river grasses near the dock.
